How to keep Martial Arts Sparring Gear Clean! Pt 1

If you have trouble keeping your equipment clean and fresh then read on…

Using sparring gear in training obviously brings it into contact with sweat, which if not cleaned will often end up smelling bad.

Now the first thing is to do to keep things from getting too smelly is to clean them straight after each training session and then properly air them out properly in a place with good air circulation. Don’t just leave them in your gear bag until your next training session as this will cause bacteria to build up and your training partners wont be too happy with the bad smell either.

I will be updating the blog with the actual methods of cleaning your sparring gear next week, but as always if you cant wait that long visit Total Martial Arts Supplies to see the full article
